Yoga Land!
Yogaland! is a unique program that teaches children fundamental yoga techniques through play, music and dance. All elements are thematically woven together around a "Australian Safari" theme bringing an educational component to the program. Best of all, this is all presented in at a pace and format ideal for smaller children (targeted for ages
4-10). Yogaland! also provides parents with the technique and tools for calming and focusing their young child by engaging their body, breath, minds and imagination.
